The worst experience, I have used this company five times without any major issues aside from small missing items, so i used them again to move me from my condo and also move the furniture they had in storage for two years. I was shocked to see that the glass had been shattered on my 9' tall china cabinet along with the curved glass doors had been shattered as well. Then came the 5' marble piece that sits on my buffet for the dining room as well was broken in 4 pieces, along with missing artwork, missing shelves for my book cabinets and two ceiling fans. I have not heard from the owner Greg Dolphin about what can be done to repair my items. Apparently Sunbelt is NOT responsible for anything that they break or lose. I am extremely dissapointed in this company and their neglect to respond to my calls to repair my items. Please note that these pieces were in their storage facility supposedly crated for safety but apparently were not crated and i paid 300.00 month for two years to keep the items safe. Very dissapointed

Amazing. From scheduling to storage was an exceptional display of professionalism. I called the day before a hurricane and Greg the owner scheduled me for the same day. Subsequently, Kim was a blessing with hands on quoting and assistance from start to finish, while Tom transparently coordinated everything through to storage and Lyns processing for payment. No surprises. Moving day with Kevin, Kim and Louis was nothing shy of exceptional. I’ve had 29 moves in my lifetime and this was by far a great experience. I look forward to my future move out of storage and into my new home with the same dedicated and skilled people. Thank you Sunbelt

From the beginning Tom was extremely professional and courteous. You could tell he knew this business. The movers were extremely efficient and professional . They had all of our items moved out of our storage unit and our home within hours. They wrapped everything in blankets and took special care with our belongings. If we ever had to move again Bekins is the company for us and all of our friends and family.
